as the pain in my right shoulder presses me to migrate to analog methods for things i used to do on the iPhone, i am discovering that analog process is better for some (many?) things… the most recent is food and calorie recording… i note what i eat on 3x5 cards now… i have completely tracked my calories for three days… something i struggled to do with my chosen app… i use the app to look up calories of some foods, but i write the info down on the card and add it up at the end of the day… not coincidently, my weight is on a downward trend this week…
