an acquaintance, who works for the epa, in the coffee shop this morning… my canary in the coal mine… he says a lot of drama at work… managers getting fired… he can’t do his work because he needs a manager to report to… says a lot of stuff going on that isn’t making it to the news…
Nick I bet this is common throughout many other orgs. Amazing how there’s so (too) much news yet not about the realities on the ground.
Michael Bogdanffy-kriegh @thisness which is why we should share direct contact with what is happening when we encounter it… i don’t view what i was told this morning as anything more than evidence of turmoil which could be constructive or destructive chaos depending on goals… i find it concerning and tend to the side of expecting it isn’t good… but i lack sufficient information to confirm that…
