@apoorplayer i have limited myself to a few trusted sources of info, left and right of center, all of them reading material. I avoid TV news as much as possible. Generally, i take in the news in the morning, but not until i have done my daily gratitudes… i have largely left social media… i am focusing on local engagements of the face to face kind… analog social media… i have been able to keep my feet on the ground in this way…
