This mock potato salad is made with cauliflower and is remarkably satisfying as a substitute for potato salad. Excellent if you are trying to lower your carbs. Excellent as a way to change thing’s up.

I had the privilege of seeing and hearing Karl and his wife Ingrid perform live a couple of times. A great loss.

Talk about unexpected juxtapositions, a big, burly, grey bearded man was in yoga class this morning. When I walked out to the parking lot there he was climbing on to a Harley. It would never have occurred to me that biker dudes and yoga went together.
